Renovations

Your home, the way you always imagined it. Nothing improvised.

A good renovation starts long before the first wall comes down.

Most renovations that go wrong don't fail on site, they fail earlier: a poorly thought-out layout, a budget that didn't cover everything or a permit nobody applied for.

That is where we start. We study your home, design the renovation with you, show it to you in 3D, take care of the permits and supervise the works so the result is the one you approved.

How we handle a renovation

  1. Visit

We see the home, listen to what you want to change and spot what isn't visible: services, structure, damp.

  2. Design and 3D

We propose layout and finishes and show them to you in 3D so you can decide with confidence.

  3. Quotes and permits

We prepare the documents to request comparable quotes and file the council permits.

  4. Site supervision

We follow the works from start to finish so quality, timing and budget are met.

Why renovate with an architect

No surprises

Spotting early what walls and ceilings hide avoids extra costs halfway through.

All in order

A renovation without the right permit can cause problems when you sell or insure the home.

More value

A well-designed renovation adds value to the home and improves its energy certificate.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a permit to renovate my flat?

Almost always. Depending on the scope of the works, the council requires a prior notification or a building permit. We tell you which applies and file it for you.

Can I live at home during the renovation?

It depends on the scope. With partial renovations it is often possible; with a full renovation, usually not. We assess it with you and phase the works if needed.

What does your quote include?

Our fees for design, documents, permits and site supervision. The construction cost is quoted by the contractor, and we help you compare offers.

Do you also take on small renovations?

Yes. From a bathroom or a kitchen to a complete home.

Shall we talk about your project?

Tell us what you need on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We reply quickly, and the first visit is free and with no obligation.
