Refurbishment
Façades, roofs and whole buildings. We handle everything, permit included.
A well-maintained building is worth more, costs less to run and is safer.
We refurbish façades, roofs and whole buildings for owners' associations, property managers and private owners. We always start with a technical survey: understanding what is wrong with the building and why.
From there we prepare the project, apply for the permit, help choose the contractor and supervise the works. You only need to talk to us.

We take care of everything
Inspection and survey
We visit the building, identify the defects and explain their cause and how serious they are.
Project and quote
We define the technical solution and prepare the documents to request comparable quotes.
Permit and licences
We apply for the building permit, the scaffolding permit on the public road and any other paperwork.
Site supervision
We supervise the works, check the quality of execution and certify what is done.
Designed for owners' associations
In a community of owners decisions are taken at meetings, and every neighbour needs to understand what will be done and why. We prepare clear reports, can attend the meetings and give each owner the information they need.
If the building has a pending technical inspection (ITE) or known defects, we start from that report to plan the works by priority.
Frequently asked questions
Is a permit needed to refurbish a façade?
Yes. Façade works need a permit or council notification, and usually also a permit to put up scaffolding on the public road. We handle the whole process.
Who pays for the façade refurbishment?
In an apartment building the façade is a common element, so the cost is borne by the community according to each owner's share, unless the bylaws say otherwise.
Are there grants for refurbishment?
There are refurbishment grant programmes, especially when energy efficiency is improved. They change often, so we point you to the calls open at any given time.
Do you remove fibre cement roofs containing asbestos?
Removal is carried out by a specialist company registered in the asbestos risk companies register (RERA). We prepare the project, coordinate the removal and supervise the installation of the new roof.
